Best experience I have ever had. My husband and I went to test drive a Rogue. I was greeted by Kiera Cusack who made us feel very welcomed and provided us with some great specials My husband and I went to test drive a Rogue. I was greeted by Kiera Cusack who made us feel very welcomed and provided us with some great specials they had going on. She then introduced us to a salesman by the name of Mohammed who was extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to listen to what we were looking for. After talking to him he said he had the perfect car to test drive. When he brought me the 2024 Rogue SL in a Boulder Gray, it was love a first sight. Once I test drive it, I knew I had to have it so I put a hold sign on it. I worked with Mohammed and Adam on finding a payment option that best fit my needs. I can't thank you enough for the excellent customer service and making me feel so welcomed. I was so impressed with the staff and service, I brought my son there the following week and he purchased the Rouge SV in black. I am proud to be a part of the Destination Nissan Family and look forward to continuing my business with them. Best experience I have ever had when shopping for a vehicle. More

Honestly, everything went well. The folks in the service department were nice I like to kid around a little bit and they were somewhat receptive to it my only complaint but it's rea The folks in the service department were nice I like to kid around a little bit and they were somewhat receptive to it my only complaint but it's really not a complaint is the girl with the tattoos gave me a hard time but I'm only kidding it would be great if somebody said that to her. Just saying that I complained about her and then say I was kidding........ this is for the management of your dealership destination Nissan. my last three cars I bought from your dealership and each time the salesman said if you rate me a 10 on the survey that you'll be receiving after I buy the car I will get a book of five free oil changes. Never once did I get a book of oil changes for free. At one point I went to the manager I forget who it was sorry, his cold response was well those sales people don't work here anymore. I think that was totally unprofessional at the very least after buying three cars should have went in service and got me a book and handed it to me and said I apologize but I can at least do this for you More
