Sold My Saab Got an offer thru KBB for my 2009 Saab. The nice young man Stephen Berkowitz handled the transaction very efficiently and pleasantly. He was easy to Got an offer thru KBB for my 2009 Saab. The nice young man Stephen Berkowitz handled the transaction very efficiently and pleasantly. He was easy to talk to and worked with me on the price to get me the best offer. Had to bring my husband in to sign the paperwork, Stephen was busy but Terrell quickly stepped in to expedite the paperwork. Two, more than nice guys working hard during extremely tough times where so many people have bad attitudes!! Thank you Stephen and Terrell for handling this. It was a pleasure dealing with you both!!!!! More

I had a less then good experience at Lexus of Orange. The sales manager tried to charge me over $1,000. To remove tinting on my trade in or an Acura TL with factory tinting, bought from a NY Dealer. After lo sales manager tried to charge me over $1,000. To remove tinting on my trade in or an Acura TL with factory tinting, bought from a NY Dealer. After losing confidence in him, I was told there was 2 keys to the used Lexus I bought. Then they said, sorry there is only 1 key and when I questioned this statement, I was told they could do nothing about it! Knowing, they could at least offer me one at cost. Then my car was not properly prepared for me and I had to return for new rotors & pads. I would not trust the sales manager to treat you fairly. My salesman Terrel was fantastic. More

Terrel Moore did a great job. I spoke to him prior to visiting the dealership. I let him know exactly where I wanted to be in term of Monthly payment. What features/ options were of interest to me.
