Purchase of a new Sonata Limited Service manager Mike Heard gave me the features on the new 2015 Sonata several months ago when I had my 2012 Sonata in for servicing. Based on this knowledge, I knew I'd be contacting Terrance Fannin when I was ready to purchase a new Sonata. I decided on the Limited Model, with all the extras, and Terrance was more than happy to explain all the features to the wife and I. Mr Heard and Mr Fannin make a great team--on a scale of one to ten (with ten being the highest)--I rate them a "TWELVE". More

Traveled 2.5 hours for a false deal Searching for vehicles is easier now than ever using the internet and all the resources that come with it. I used a third party site to find a certain Searching for vehicles is easier now than ever using the internet and all the resources that come with it. I used a third party site to find a certain car on cars.com and found an amazing deal. After calling Five Star Hyundai, I spoke with Terrance Fannin. He assured me that the priced vehicle on cars.com was indeed the advertised price of the vehicle. The next day, I traveled 2.5 hours to purchase this vehicle only to find out that the price over the phone was too good to be true. I was lied to over the phone and the vehicle I spoke about was a few thousand more than promised. I negotiated for a fair purchase price and purchased the vehicle only because I did not want to waste my day. More
