Purchased a used F-150 with 20k miles that supposedly had
a 139pt inspection. They couldn't possibly have looked at Brake pad wear because I had Metal to Metal brakes in the REAR after only 8k miles. Rear pa

Rear pads only account for approx. 40% of Braking, no way they should be metal to metal this soon. $750 repair. Tried reaching Derrick Walker multiple times to speak about the warranty and the recall they sold it with that was specifically was about the parking brake applying while driving but he never called back. Clearly I will never use this dealership again and after owning SIX F-150s I may need to give GM or Dodge a try next time!

Finance officer screwed up the finance paperwork and warranty paperwork. It took almost 3 months to get everything straightened out. Numerous calls and messages and nothing was getting done. Some how by accident I wound up talking with Mr Antonio Sbrocca. He went to work on the problems and corrected them in a timely fashion. I am totally satisfied with the job Mr Sbrocca did he rates 5 stars plus. The dealership gets 1 star only because I can't leave 0 stars. Mr Sbrocca is the only positive thing about this purchase.

I live 4 hours away from the dealership and I drove there just for a particular truck I couldn't find anywhere else. I have been trying to reach someone there since the middle of August when I discovered the problems. I've lost count of how many times that I called the dealership. I had talked to several people and left several messages on voicemail. And no one ever responded until I talked to Antonio Sbrocca. Nicole the original finance person changed the finance paperwork after I left and drove home. She also put in the wrong numbers on the extended warranty. Charging me but not giving me what I paid for. I understand that Nicole is no longer employed there but it begs the question, how many other deals did she screw up that haven't been discovered. Since the early 1990's I have purchased and leased over 2 dozen new vehicles from different dealerships. And never had there been anything like this. As I said Ferndale Ford is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Kinda funny that I never heard from the dealership until I posted several negative posts on a bunch of automotive media sites.
