Teresa called rental companies, no truck, spoke with new and used car lot, against policy to haul. While I was there, Parts dept, Technician, an Teresa brain stormed together to come up with a solution. End result.... they took a heater core from a truck that is on their stock list, and put it in mine. 10* rating for service, communication, determination, team work. I pick my truck up today!
