I have been a service customer at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep for several years since moving to Myrtle Beach. Teresa Frederick has always been wonderful to deal with. She is wonderful in keeping me informed Jeep for several years since moving to Myrtle Beach. Teresa Frederick has always been wonderful to deal with. She is wonderful in keeping me informed of the progress on my maintenance. This visit was to look at trading in my 2015 Grand Cherokee on a new model. I met with Jeremy Ratley to review my options, and I would up purchasing my new 2024 Grand Cherokee. Jeremy was very helpful in getting into my new vehicle. He listened to my wants and needs and looked over the inventory. I was very happy with the experience here at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. I have been a long time Chrysler Jeep customer from New York, and this was my first purchase in Myrtle Beach, and I was treated like family here at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. I will always come back to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep for that family feeling. Thanks to all!!!!! More

My experience with the Service Department was over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery when I came out of a restaurant around noon. AAA started the car and I drove to the dealership where they kept the car overnight in view of service the next day. My daughter and son-in-law took me home. Around noon on 6/7 I had a phone call that the car was ready. Because my husband and I live in an Assisted Living facility, "Mike" traveled to pick me up and transported me in the company van to collect the car. All systems were checked out, the chief problem repaired, the car cleaned up, looking its best since purchase in December of 2021!. Everything was under warranty, so no charges. They didn't even charge for keeping the car overnight. I have never had such a pleasant experience with service - all personnel were so eager and helpful it was heartwarming to this 85-year-old, and tremendously appreciated! Turned a "breakdown" into a blessing. More

I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A SATURDAY A LITTLE AFTER 3, I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BU I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BUT IT REQUIRED A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. I DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK, THAT'S WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THAT WAS A 5 STAR EFFORT. ON MY APPOINT THAT I SCHEDULED ON LINE WITH TIM, I WAS IN AND OUT IN <20 MINUTES A NEW RECORD FOR ME I'VE OWN A MIN VAN AS ONE OF MY CARS SINCE 1984 A T&C AND STILL DO 2019 PACIFICA AN WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE AFTER I PAY THIS ONE OFF AT 0% INTEREST SWEET!!!! More

Kane helped us at the Jeep dealership. He was easy to work with and very nice. He notified us when a Wagoneer arrived on the lot and sent us pictures and videos which was very helpful. I called to make an appointment for an oil change, which this dealership insists that I get done through them. However, they stated they do not take reservations because it is a walk in basis. So the next day, I showed up as a walk in and it is an hour and a half wait because they are only able to do one oil change at a time. They did not have a vehicle available for me to borrow but they would rent me one for $40. They make me feel like I'm lower class when I just want an oil change. More
