Thank you for the response. To clarify, my concerns are very straightforward and were communicated directly to management multiple times. My requests involved written documentation and clarification regarding the Permaplate and Pulse products we were charged for at purchase — specifically what coverage, limitations, or protections applied to our vehicle. In the absence of clear supporting documentation, I also communicated that reimbursement of these charges would be an acceptable resolution. That option remains available. Rather than receiving this information in writing, I was repeatedly redirected to phone calls and marketing materials. When I continued requesting simple supporting records, communication became minimal and ultimately stopped. There is no confusion about the nature of my concerns. The issue was the inability or unwillingness to provide clear documentation or pursue a reasonable resolution

My requests and proposed resolution were previously communicated directly to dealership management in writing. The dealership has the necessary information to resolve this matter and may proceed with reimbursement of the Permaplate and Pulse charges without further discussion. My preference for written communication remains unchanged.
