An update : service manager Teeia reached out and again , took my car in . They can not “duplicate “ the issue . Yet again im stuck with the same issue over and over again because they want can’t find where took my car in . They can not “duplicate “ the issue . Yet again im stuck with the same issue over and over again because they want can’t find where the issue is coming from which is very inconsiderate . No person should have to drive a vehicle where the doors unlock while you’re randomly driving .Or, they don’t know why the light comes on my dash board saying engine failure reduce power . I think it’s very unprofessional to want a customer to deal with such . I filled up my tank before taking my car to the service department , after picking it up they drove a quarter of tank of gas out , and then informed me they had no way to put gas back in my car . Yet , giving me a rental and told me that it must be returned back on full . I’ll say it over and over again , I am highly disappointed in the service that I’ve been receiving from this place . Josh is no help , as he thinks paying $800 or more for a car note is okay . They all understand something is wrong with the car . My car has been bought back to the service department 5 times already and I’ve only had it since September . If only I could reach someone higher and receive the help that I need . I’ve purchased plenty of cars before and this has to be the worst experience I could have ever done this time around . Beware before making a purchase with this dealership!! More
