I was very disappointed in the attention to detail in closing the deal. He failed to have the paperwork prepared in advance when I with the sales manager the night before went to the dealership. Apparently this manager failed in communicate what we discussed the Monday night. I don’t understand why the manager failed and that wasn’t Maurice’s fault . I blame the sales manager for his failure to follow up with Maurice. This failure cause my wife and I to waste four hours! Maurice’s knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional, however he failed to have the necessary paper work available when we arrived, plus in addition the vehicle only had one key instead of two keys! We basically started all over with the negotiations, with no information on what was covered on the phone call the night before! We reached an agreement with the trading value but this information failed to be documented and thus I went to accept a lower value then what was discussed. And caused a waste my time! More
