I purchased my used GMC truck at this dealership back February. At first everything was great. Unfortunately it came with no warranty because it was over 100k miles. And the extra warranty would have February. At first everything was great. Unfortunately it came with no warranty because it was over 100k miles. And the extra warranty would have costed a fortune. Now that its hot out went to use the AC and there's a leak in it somewhere because it won't hold freon. Then oh but now I have a gas leak and a pretty decent one. Have tried calling them multiple times to see if they can help out somehow and absolutely no one will respond. Checked a carfax to see if any maintenance was done when traded in and absolutely nothing shows up for the dealership not even an oil change. More

Both Brandon and Ted gave us space to look at the cars but stayed close by in case we had any questions. Once I decided which car I preferred we discussed price. There was not a single ‘add on’ - the price they wrote down was the out the door price. It was nice to be given a piece of paper that had the vehicle price, tags, tax and total. Of course I was offered an extended warranty and Ziebart but there was no pressure in purchasing either. I have never had an easier time buying a used car. I would recommend this dealership whether you are buying used or new. Absolutely everyone was pleasant to deal with. Initially I was looking at two different manufacturers, Ted was knowledgeable with both of them. And what he couldn’t answer he took the time to find out while I was on the test drive. By the time I made my decision I was confident that I was buying from a very reliable used car lot and was treated like I was buying a new car. More
