I first went to Robert’s Auto in 2002 and I loved their service. Casey was great and had great customer service skills. He was very helpful after the purchase as well. I went back a couple of times just lo service. Casey was great and had great customer service skills. He was very helpful after the purchase as well. I went back a couple of times just looking at cars and was treated very kindly. This past week I was in need of a new car. I called Roberts to see if Casey still worked there and he does. We chatted and he said that he remembered me. He set me up with Paulo the next day. Paulo was pleasant and very helpful. He has great customer service skills as well. I chose the Subaru and picked it up yesterday. I got to see Casey which was nice. He’s still just as friendly and personable. Paulo had everything ready for me and I was soon on my way in my new car. Everyone at Robert’s is friendly and treats you like family. My first car was 2000 Chevy Tracker and was a very nice car for me. Very low maintenance and lasted until I was in Iowa and 2 deer decided to run up over a hill and hit me. They didn’t even stop to see if I was ok. Roberts Auto seem great used cars! Thank you Robert’s Auto for being around. You Rock! When needed, I will be back. Until then, I will definitely send others your way. More
