Got new temp tag quickly. You still have 60 days to buy new tag, guess that’s why not in hurry. How complicated can it be to issue same title. Car business must be great or reducing staff, but more sales staff there anyway, so they don’t lose sale and minimum discount

Ghanten, we are truly sorry to hear of your disappointment in the state of Oklahoma’s new title and tag process. We completely understand your excitement to finish the whole process. However, we have no control over the time it takes for the title to be sent to you. We just looked at the details of your sales interaction--your sales professional stated that it could take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the title. He also stated that the law had changed at the beginning of the month, and it would take a little longer to do the paperwork. We’re guessing there may have been some confusion over what that meant. We would love to learn more about why you felt he wasn’t familiar with the new law. We want to get better at what we do and your feedback helps us do that.
