Thanks Matt. Super important that staff only asks for the sale after they have earned it. Customer must have all questions answered and have all the time they need to make s decision. We try to separate ourselves from the housing market where you have 5 hours to bid on something 10 times the price. Nonetheless a huge decision to buy a vehicle and never want to add more pressure than what is already there.
