Finance process was typical car dealer xx, all dealers should work on that aspect of the business. I understand that F&I is a huge profit center, but the smoke and mirrors aspect of F&I should really be avoided with some customers. I just want to buy a vehicle, I don't need lug nut protection, GAP, paint swirl refurbishment, window etching, permanent new car scent, or any of the other non-sense. I also think that you should promote factory extended warranty not COVERT self-insured aftermarket service contracts.
All that said, you will get a chance at my next purchase.

If a particular part is needed for repair before I can receive my vehicle, all I have asked is for someone to tell me what part it is. No one has been able to do that. If an OEM part is not available, can an aftermarket part be used. It has been over 5 weeks since I was notified of this issue.
