This is by far the most pleasant experience I have had with a dealership here in Florida. The process from first inquiring about the vehicle online to eventually purchasing the vehicle after scheduling an with a dealership here in Florida. The process from first inquiring about the vehicle online to eventually purchasing the vehicle after scheduling an appointment with Taylor Miller exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely efficient when compared to other dealerships I visited. The no added dealer fees and up front pricing saved me a lot of time and money, something that other dealerships were unwilling to do. My family and I will be back for future purchases. Thank you! The dealership was incredibly clean, well managed and beyond friendly. Great experience with Taylor, she was helpful and communicative from start to finish. Slightly frustrated with wait time (~3 hours total), but it was a busy Friday afternoon the week of Christmas communicative from start to finish. Slightly frustrated with wait time (~3 hours total), but it was a busy Friday afternoon the week of Christmas and back office staff were clearly stretched thin. Once someone freed up, Quintin breezed through paperwork and I was on the road 15 minutes later. Overall, happy with the experience and our new MINI. Thanks, Hyundai team! More
