Pretty disappointed in the way my transaction has been handled. I purchased this vehicle from the other side of the country, full price, sight unseen. Once I committed to the vehicle the the level of com handled. I purchased this vehicle from the other side of the country, full price, sight unseen. Once I committed to the vehicle the the level of communication dropped off a cliff. Getting a return call, email or text from Bailey and Andrew was xxxx near impossible. Can't figure out why it was so difficult to send an email to keep me up to date on the delivery of my vehicle. It wasn't until I reached out to Taylor (a manager)that I was able get any answers. I am very happy with my vehicle, but I knew I would be. I had been looking for this specific vehicle for about a year. But the overall process of acquiring it would have been significantly better with clear and accurate communication. More

We had a wonderful experience at Sacramento Niello Volvo! We test-drove a CPO 2021 XC40 Recharge with Brian Machado in July and asked him to keep an eye out for a very specific color. He was persistent and found us just what we wanted in the beginning of August. When the car arrived at the dealer, there were small scratches on it. Brian and your staff went above and beyond and sent it to be repaired for us. The car looks brand new! I am so impressed with the service and treatment we received and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I received incorrect information about the electric car range. Wrong information was in fact highlighted as a selling point. The solutions I was offered once I realized the information I received was wrong range. Wrong information was in fact highlighted as a selling point. The solutions I was offered once I realized the information I received was wrong, were essentially to deal with it or that the dealership could buy back my 2025 car as a used vehicle at considerable cost to me. The staff was mostly attentive during the sales process, but not after the car was purchased. While everyone was very nice, the service was inconsistent once I bought my vehicle. It took several calls/texts to get a response at times. The incorrect charger was provided and I was bounced around from department to department in search of an answer to my questions. More
