He was pleasant and efficient and programmed the many computer options into our vehicle. Today he followed up with a phone call to answer any questions or resolve any issues of which we had none. The business agent, Michael Coelho was also incredible. It took him about 30 minutes to finish all the paperwork for insurance and title and was also exceptionally pleasant.
