I came for a simple oil change tire rotation and a shifter error. I was told I would be kept up to date all day. I dropped off at 730 am appointment and had to Text Taylor at 2 to check on it afte shifter error. I was told I would be kept up to date all day. Apparently since I did not say I needed it back it just got pushed to the side car had to be left over night and in the morning told him I was coming to get it and still had to wait for the oil change and tire rotation.
