I came for a simple oil change tire rotation and a shifter error. I was told I would be kept up to date all day. I dropped off at 730 am appointment and had to Text Taylor at 2 to check on it afte shifter error. I was told I would be kept up to date all day. Apparently since I did not say I needed it back it just got pushed to the side car had to be left over night and in the morning told him I was coming to get it and still had to wait for the oil change and tire rotation. Just ridiculous I didn’t realize I had to say that I needed my vehicle to get them to work on it when I had an appointment More

Fred Martin needs to be the example for all dealers, used and new. If all dealers offered and had as many opportunities as Fred Martin, they would be a lot more successful.
