I purchased a new Rav4 2015 and have been going to Ed Morse for service ever since then (purchased tires, batteries, oil changes, mechanical repairs, etc). I even got a quote for the 2015 Rav4 to potentially trade it for a current year Rav4. But since this is not the only Toyota dealership in Palm Beach County looks like they have lost out on a sale. All for a 50% off coupon from a competitor oil changer that they refused to honor. "We honor all competitors coupons". Either remove the sign or update it to stop misleading people.

Taylor, Stop trying to weasel out of this. Your sign says "All Competitors" it does not say "Other Toyota Dealers". Furthermore, I was there for an oil/filter change not for an engine rebuild and the coupon I presented was for an oil/filter change. So, I have no idea how you're assuming I was combing offers. So, continuing trying to weasel yourself out of your poor customer service and misleading advertising. I took a picture of your sign and a picture of the coupon I presented and can post it here if you want.

Eddie, other competitors are Toyota dealers, not other brands, or mom and pop shops. I'm sorry that was not clear. If you have another Toyota dealer's coupon, we would be happy to honor it.

I would agree with you on one thing. That other Toyota deaerships are your competitors that's why I'm buying my next car at another Toyota dealership.
