I was spoken to very rudely by Tayler. When I tried to explain that what she was telling me was different than what I was previously told, she became dismissive and “huffed and puffed/sig When I tried to explain that what she was telling me was different than what I was previously told, she became dismissive and “huffed and puffed/sighed audibly over the phone. When I said I would just come pick up my car instead of spending $800 on what I was originally told would be $180, she said “Fine” and hung up on me. Thankfully, I reached out to Brett Leek who stepped in to advocate for me and called a service director. I became further disappointed to find out that when I was told about the sensors needing replaced when I was there in March there was a warranty in place that would have covered it, but no one told me that. Now, when I decided to get it fixed, the warranty had expired. Ugh! Then when I came to pay to find there was a charge for using my credit card, I became further frustrated. The whole world went to contactless payment in 2020 so no one has cash or checks anymore. Seems your new owners just want to bilk their customers anyway they can instead of taking care of their customers. More
