it pays to hire knowledgeable in the service dept. the same applies to the mechanics.if you want to charge customers top dollar for service you have to earn it. after leaving spritzer I drove elsewhere the same applies to the mechanics.if you want to charge customers top dollar for service you have to earn it. after leaving spritzer I drove elsewhere and spent $965.00 at another auto service center that employs knowledgeable people who speak the language. On entering the service dept. I was met with an employee who promptly answered every question I had annoy my vehicle. They immediately took it in and hooked it up to the diagnost I was met with an employee who promptly answered every question I had annoy my vehicle. They immediately took it in and hooked it up to the diagnostic machine. After about an hour everything was complete and i was on my way. Fantastic!!! More

My car service was good. The standard oil change went well. The service center was neat and clean. The personnel are nice and courteous. Paula is ALWAYS a treat to see and co The standard oil change went well. The service center was neat and clean. The personnel are nice and courteous. Paula is ALWAYS a treat to see and converse with, I think that the service center could use more people with her friendly attitude and warm welcome. Tim was also a great member of the service department, it's a shame that he's no longer with the company. It's a big loss to the local center in general. I don't like how the prices have gone up significantly since my last service. With that, unfortunately I will most likely be considering a different service center for all subsequent vehicles service. I liked Ganley, after they made significant changes to customer service, and I like Spitzer, I just don't agree with the skyrocketing cost of repairs and service. Nowhere else have i ever had to pay $100 for an oil change on an American made vehicle. Insane. More
