Very efficient. Friendly greeting, pleasant waiting area with amenities. I was asked if I wanted the additional filters needed at my car mileage, I agreed & that was Friendly greeting, pleasant waiting area with amenities. Made an appointment on my Buick app and was told they didn’t have it in their system. Said I would need to reschedule then after I told them I made the appointment two weeks ago they finally found it. Th didn’t have it in their system.
