From the day I walked on their lot and was met by Tavy who had a warm personality and great smile I could tell this dealership was different. Tavy took the time to ask me what I was interested in and show me exactly what I wanted. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't want. He provided me with helpful advice and information about the vehicle I ended up purchasing. I went to another local dealership and it was not even close to the experience I had at Bob Steele which ultimately led to the purchase of my truck with Bob Steele. This was by far the best auto buying experiences I have had. Tavy Campbell knows customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. This was the best experience buying a car! I wanted to test drive an Equinox and I ended up buying it! Mostly because of my sales person, Tavy Campbell. He was friendly, courteous and knowled I wanted to test drive an Equinox and I ended up buying it! Mostly because of my sales person, Tavy Campbell. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the car. He was able to answer all my questions. I went to lunch to think about it. I went to Space Coast Honda and test drove a CRV. Horrible sales person and experience. I then went back to Bob Steele and bought my car!!! When I took my car back the next week for service, Samuel Johnson sat with me in the car and explained how everything worked. All the bells and whistles! That was so great! The manual was large and confusing. Samuel was a big help!! Thanks for an AWESOME experience!!! More
