The sales process was extremely easy and not stressful. I reached out on the Internet and was able to come to terms on a vehicle in transit. The follow up by the sales person was excellent. He kept me informed of the due date of the vehicle and contacted me once it arrived. On the day of delivery, he spent a few hours with me going over the features and equipment that the vehicle was equipped with. I also had an interaction with the finance manager, who did an outstanding job going over the paperwork with me in detail. Was satisfied with the service when purchasing a new vehicle from momentum. The only thing I was not satisfied with was, they guaranteed me two keys to the vehicle and only provided me with one before I vehicle from momentum.
