I just purchased a 2021 Ford F150 from Cleveland Ford. My salesman was Brad Doty. Brad is a true professional and a super nice guy. Brad is a very hands off no pressure type of salesman who is very knowledge salesman was Brad Doty. Brad is a true professional and a super nice guy. Brad is a very hands off no pressure type of salesman who is very knowledgeable and really believes in customer service. Although I ordered my truck with a different salesman, because he was unavailable Brad took care of me the day my truck was delivered. There were a couple cosmetic defects when the truck arrived at the dealership, so Brad made all the arrangements to get me in a rental vehicle for a couple days while they fixed the items. Everything he said he would do was taken care of. I now have my new truck and all is well. I would highly recommend Cleveland Ford if you live in the area in our searching for a new or used vehicle. More

We were in the market for a used truck. We found Cleveland Ford Online and a truck that interested us. We made an inquiry through the dealer website. We also love the Lifetime Warranty on our truck. Thanks Cleveland Ford. More

friendly customer service We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape and even though we have excellent credit we had just moved to Cleveland so hadn't established credit in this area. But We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape and even though we have excellent credit we had just moved to Cleveland so hadn't established credit in this area. But the sales person and financial manager worked with us and got the financing needed. Being elderly we didn't know how to set up Blue Tooth and some other things on a newer vehicle. We went back and someone set it up and answered questions that we had. All in all, a good experience with Cleveland Ford. More

0 Starts if I could. Only reason 1 star is that I can't leave 0 stars. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. By the time my car buying was done, I Only reason 1 star is that I can't leave 0 stars. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. By the time my car buying was done, I wished I had never set foot in this place. I will never go back. My experience starts as most people's as usual, Online, I found a good enough deal on a vehicle in our budget that met our needs. I called, car was available. I show up the next day, salesmen can't find the car, finally find it in the service lot. This is where I should have left. They let me test drive, even though it's not done with service. I'm still not sure after test drive. They let us drive over the weekend. Check engine light come on over weekend. I bring it back and agree to buy it IF they fix all the stuff that was slated to be fixed anyways (Duct taped bumper, large paint scratch, missing cup holder, Check engine light, the normal fluids changes like oil, and fill washer reservoir since it was empty with warning light on and cleaned/detailed.)All requests would be normally fixed before it went on lot, so I thought it reasonable to fix them anyways even though I was going to buy it. The salesman agrees. The salesman tries to sell me on some dealer exclusive wax, tracking systems..usual snake oil stuff. No big deal. We sign paperwork(which took 3 hours due to understaffed), leave driving my trade-in with them promising to fix the things on a paper list that was given to the salesman. 1 week later I am scheduled to come back and pick the vehicle up. I get a call a day before I return, that its "ready." We show up, vehicle nowhere to be found. Wait for 45 min for it to return from detailing(Not ready). Should be sitting on lot ready to go. Salesman takes it straight to shop to put washer fluid in it.(I watched him fill it up) We then realize, the paint scratch was fixed via paint marker(non matching color but salesman claimed it was by "paint guy". marker was on salesman's desk), the lower bumper is still held on with duct tape, the cup holder is still missing and they oil hasn't been changed. I of course am very unhappy since it was "ready." The manager claims he will make it right and deliver the vehicle to us as soon as parts come in. During this week, I ask for service records that way I have some idea what they fixed. They assured me everything had been done. I insisted on getting documentation of work. It wasn't until after I asked that the oil was changed at a 3rd party oil shop...not even in house. As in, they didn't change oil until I wanted to make sure it had been. A week and a half later, they deliver the vehicle to my work. We thought "whew done with them." Little did we know, the story didn't end there, the check engine light came back on. They had not fixed the problem, just simply turned the check engine light off. Then luckily, our tags were due so we went to renew them at our court house, where we found out that Cleveland Ford had sent them nothing at all. It appeared as if we did not own this vehicle. Paper Needless to say, out of the 6 cars I've bought in my life, this was the absolute worst car buying experience I have had. If I were you I would believe absolutely nothing this place says. I would stay away. And owners, if you are reading this, no, there is nothing you can do to earn my business again due to your lying, cheating shop and sales staff. This review isn't fueled by buyers remorse or displeasure with car. We absolutely love the car we got, but how we got it was nothing short of painful. More
