My wife and I went to buy another new Toyota after buying a new Toyota Highlander from a different dealership in which we had a terrible experience with Ziegler Toyota. So I found a Toyota Avalon at Toyota o a new Toyota Highlander from a different dealership in which we had a terrible experience with Ziegler Toyota. So I found a Toyota Avalon at Toyota of Brookfield. I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Our salesperson Marcus made us feel very welcomed and was very professional throughout the buying process. In fact the whole dealership had a very welcoming feeling to it and strived in our satisfaction with our purchase with no hard pressure selling and positive attitudes towards its customers. My only regret is that we didn’t buy both our cars from Toyota of Brookfield. Stop by and ask for Marcus he definitely went out of his way to make this a enjoyable buying experience. Also having bought dozens of cars from various dealerships , this is the first time the owner of the dealership called to make sure we were happy with our purchase and taken care of . This is not the norm this day and age and congratulations you have my business and would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
