Not sure what to tell you about all the emails whee we said it was all good to go with the deposit, as WE LIBERT FORD insisted to do (because too lazy to get finance on the phone with wiring instructions. Literally - RUN away don't walk away from these guys. Worst business I've dealt with in decades. Brian the sales mgr tops the chart of arrogance and oncemoetence. Will not call back, but sends minions to do the dirty work when this happens so he can continue to behave like this, I am sure. All in writing from them, and I get a "sorry, we missed it and sold the car you paid for....". I can only imagine how impossible it will be to get my deposit back because they cannot figure out ANYTHING within their systems. Not to mention the rental car I am sitting in now to drive there to pay full cash less the deposit they insisted I use. More

Retired military veteran here, this is the worst Ford dealership I’ve dealt with in my 30 years of owning ford vehicles. The service manager is cocky and very arrogant. I had lady named Wendy give me the keys to my truck knowing my vehicle WAS NOT totally repaired, with a $4k repair bill. This is a very deceptive and deceitful dealership! The dealership manager claimed to be a military veteran and let me tell you he was worst than the service manager. Another smooth talking arrogant person with no morals or integrity. More
