Convenient and not pushy! Prior to my current vehicle, I used to take my car to non-dealership garages for oil changes etc. I was always told that dealerships were too expensiv Prior to my current vehicle, I used to take my car to non-dealership garages for oil changes etc. I was always told that dealerships were too expensive and were super pushy. I have found the Joe Machens Nissan Dealership to be a complete opposite. It’s very easy to schedule, they’re fast enough that I can wait, and they’re not pushy. I also like how they explain what will be needed in the future and give me an estimate so I can budget. They are professional and don’t treat me like an idiot which has been my experience at other places. I really like taking both of our cars there and don’t expect to take them anywhere else in the future. More

Was told they were out of inspection forms and had to ask the man doing the work what was the tread depth. He gave an approximation. The female I first talked with was not the same female that checked me out. More
