🚗 Automotive lifer since 1995. I started in the parts department right out of high school, turned wrenches as a tech, worked the service drive as an advisor, and worked my way up to being a Service Manager. I’ve lived every side of the shop, so I understand what it takes to build strong teams and take care of customers the right way. Off the clock? Give me my family, Halloween, trips to Las Vegas, old Z28's, Trans Am's (preferably Smokey and the Bandit ones), lifted trucks, loud rock music, and animals any day of the week. 🐾🤘

I always like bringing my car to Hertrich FORD. They do an excellent job of keeping my car running smoothly and always point out what could be a future issue that needs taken care of.
