Tanner was rude and did not care about our concerns. He lied to us and treated us as if we were not valuable customers. Crooks in the service dept telling me I needed FIVE different things (over $1000). I just had all five done by a local shop before taking truck in for recall. Never cleared the recall. Waited weeks f different things (over $1000). I just had all five done by a local shop before taking truck in for recall. Never cleared the recall. Waited weeks for Ford to update system, as that’s what service tech claimed was the delay. Later they admitted they never cleared The recall. On to Kendall now. More
