Grass, dirt, trash and food on the floors, under the seat, and on the seats. I had to put gas in the vehicle just to get it back to the dealership. Also, realized later that the cargo net that was paid for in the transaction was not in the vehicle. Notified salesman and was told they woukd put one in the mail. This was the only dealership that we visited, as it is the closest to where we live. More

They lost two car deals from me and my family last month because of the same reason. I told the sales person not to take off the plastic yet they did. They even scratched my front bumper badly while putting the front license plate bracket on. I did not want that ugly bracket on but still they scratched and put two big holes in it. The delivery was rushed even though I gave them hours to be prepared. The was not detailed and had dirty rag water marks all over the vehicle. Mind you this is a brand new $70K vehicle.
