This was my first time purchasing a vehicle strictly over the phone and through email. It made me nervous, but being that the truck I wanted was 2-1/2 hours away, I was willing to give it a try. Justin was great at working with me on my trade-in and the sales contract. We communicated through text, phone call and email. When we agreed on numbers, they delivered the truck to me and made the swap. Anytime there was an issue or something that made me uncomfortable about the deal, it was handled professionally. I would recommend, and if they have my next vehicle in stock, I won’t hesitate to use them again. I would enjoy meeting them in person if I’m ever up that way. More
