We had another great car buying experience at Audi Ontario. This Q3 is our second Audi that we have purchased from there and they make the experience so easy. We worked with Tania Ashraf and she was f Ontario. This Q3 is our second Audi that we have purchased from there and they make the experience so easy. We worked with Tania Ashraf and she was fabulous. She worked so hard with us to find the exact car we wanted and was able to make a deal with the Sacramento dealer to trade for it for us. We highly recommend working with Tania if you want someone that truly listens and cares about making you happy. Rigo Hernandez, the Finance Manager, even made doing all of the paperwork easy and quick. We remember working with him in the past and he is so nice and easy to deal with. If buying a car can be fun, he made it that. More

Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Tania made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, answered ALL our questions with patience, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She went above and beyond by opening multiple versions of the Q3 and Q5, even helping us fold down the seats to make sure our two Vizslas would fit comfortably inside. That level of thoughtfulness and dedication made all the difference. And let’s be honest—it’s even rarer for a car buyer to hug their salesperson at the end of the deal!
