Paradise Chevrolet I started by browsing the website. It was well laid out and simple to navigate. Within a couple of minutes I found exactly what I was looking for. The next day I visited the dealership and was greeted by Paul Whitten, one of the sales representatives. He made himself available but was not pushy or intrusive. He listened as I explained what I was looking for based on what I saw on the website and within moments brought me to the exact model I had seen. He gave all the details I needed and offered me a test drive. During the "sit down" in the office, he answered all of our questions and presented us with several financing options. Throughout the entire process, Paul was there to see that all of our needs were being met. As he was handing me the keys, he even offered to pair my phone with the new truck. At one point the sales manager came over to finish up some of the details and while handing back our drivers licenses, shThe final stage was quick and painless. The finance lady was super friendly. The process was conducted with complete transparency, all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Rather than have to sign a stack of papers, her desk was actually a giant screen where all of the documents were presented in a digital format. Large and easy to read. This sped up the process significantly. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Paradise Chevrolet. It's easy to see why they are the number one dealership for so many years. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.e noticed the COSTCO card in my wife's wallet. Without hesitation she said "Oh, COSTCO! That qualifies you for a $1000.00 off". What a bonus! We put that towards a bed liner and a tow package. We certainly weren't expecting that. More
