I can't say enough about the service I received from Rick and crew @ Earnhardt! This review is overdue, especialIy in lieu of how they took care of me! I purchased my 2024 Wrangler Sahara new from the deal and crew @ Earnhardt! This review is overdue, especialIy in lieu of how they took care of me! I purchased my 2024 Wrangler Sahara new from the dealership in May 2024 (2nd wrangler I've bought through ECJDR). Had my first oil change and they noticed a small leak from the pan; fixed it-or so they thought. Went in for the 2nd oil change and Tammy brought it to my attention that I still had a leak! Perplexing as it's still so new!! They looked deeper and turned out it was a faulty head gasket at just over 9,000 miles. Not the dealerships fault, but a warranty issue. Just as I was taking the Jeep in for service my husband had a major accident/injury and he was out of state ....I was a wreck! They were awesome about working with me until I could get back to town and pick the repaired Jeep up. Then, when I got it back I noticed a vibration at high speed 75-80 that I'd never noticed. They put it through all sorts of tests and decided it was my new tires- possibly out of balance or defective tire, or possibly alignment(?) I took it back to Discount Tire where I bought my tires and they did a road force test on it, said balance was good. So I took it back to Earnhardt where my service advisor Rick was super patient, listened and was understanding. He went beyond to prove it was the tires by putting it through a battery of tests and then switching tires and had me test drive. Vibration was gone. Took the Jeep back to Discount and they told me the balancer was out of calibration that day I had it in and then rebalanced the tires. Well that was frustrating!! I'm still skeptical about the tires but I can't say enough about the due diligence and thorough job Rick, Tammy and crew at Earnhardt went through as I was so frustrated with the back and forth...trying to figure things out! Thanks Rick!! I hope to see you on the trails up here in CO sometime! You really helped settle things for me - especially with all the emotion, anxiety and panic of my husband's injury and my Jeep (that I LOVE) having issues! BEST JEEP EVER and I've had 4 of them! I rate you guys a double 5 star!!! THANKS SO MUCH!! More

Recently went in for an oil change and four new tires. Bri, Randy and Tammy were awesome in the service department. Lauren was very kind in hospitality and we had a nice chat while I was getting my tea in Bri, Randy and Tammy were awesome in the service department. My diesel Jeep had a recall on the fuel pump and the radio. It also had a check engine light related to the fuel system one week after my warranty expired. They managed to brick my radio during the upda radio. It also had a check engine light related to the fuel system one week after my warranty expired. They managed to brick my radio during the update, which they tried to blame on me. They never performed the diagnostic I requested and tried to blame the engine light on my air filter. They made me purchase a new air filter, which did nothing. Luke Morris promised they would run a free diagnostic and have my vehicle ready before I went on vacation. I called the day of (3 days later) and they hadn't even looked at my vehicle or performed the diagnostic I requested twice now. They are refusing to acknowledge the code related to the fuel system is related to the recalled fuel pump, which states all damaged fuel components must be replaced and now Luke is not returning any of my phone calls. I had to open up a case with Mopar due to this. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealer. They are highly incompetent and immoral people. I do not trust my vehicle in their care. They have not once done what I requested, they have never finished on time, and I've caught them lying to me multiple times. One of their employees continuously called me during the holidays requesting a review. She divulged her financial situation to me saying they would fire her over the holidays if I didn't give her a good review. More
