I couldn’t have had a better experience. Tammy Boufford helped me pick the car that was the best fit for me. She kept me informed of the build and delivery dates. The staff at the dealership also provide helped me pick the car that was the best fit for me. She kept me informed of the build and delivery dates. The staff at the dealership also provided excellent care. I traded two vehicles. Tammy explained the pros and cons of my selling and my trading the vehicles. Greg Lang also provided good care and excellent advise. All in all, my purchase experience was perfect. More

Although, Mike Griffin is a nice and professional salesman, I can’t say the same for Tammy Boufford! I was shocked to find out that she has been with the dealership for over 20yrs; after she had trea salesman, I can’t say the same for Tammy Boufford! I was shocked to find out that she has been with the dealership for over 20yrs; after she had treated my daughter very poorly and unprofessionally! We had a very bad experience from her, she kept texting my daughter mean, rude and derogatory and degrading texts! She was also threatening her in these texts! And she turned my husband away from trying to purchase a vehicle there, saying he didn’t even have a credit score! (When she actually has no way of knowing that, and everyone has a credit score of some type). Well needless to say my husband went to a dealership in Janesville and bought a $25,000 vehicle. We reported this to a manager and he was very upset, knowing that she lost the dealership a sale and is now giving the dealership a bad name and reputation! I hope she learns from this very disturbing and costly mistake! More
