We were looking for a 2018 Porche Macan. We live in Long Beach CA. and found one locally. The dealership we went to had pretty bad customer service, the guy who was “helping” us made us feel like a burden which was a huge turn off. After we left that dealership I hopped on Google and saw a porche Macan in Vegas which wasn’t ideal, being that it was so far away. I called into the Fletcher Jones in vegas and got in touch with Tamir Cohen. Tamir was extremely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and was eager to help. He definitely went above and beyond to get our needs met. Sent pics and videos of the car since we couldn’t see it in person, answered any questions we had etc. needless to say Tamir made us feel very comfortable purchasing a car out of state that we haven’t seen in person. He expedited the shipping process and we received our car today. So happy we went with Tamir and Fletcher Jones in Vegas.
