My experience was absolutely horrible. Booked a simple service with NYE VW 2 weeks in advance. They told me “ drop your car off in the morning and it will be first come first serve, guaran Booked a simple service with NYE VW 2 weeks in advance. They told me “ drop your car off in the morning and it will be first come first serve, guarantee to get finished quicker”. I dropped my 2024 GLI off at 0830am. Came back around 1530. After being told when I called around 12:30 that my car would be done around 1500, that they haven’t brought it in yet because “ someone called in this morning”… why wasn’t I told this at 1230 when I called?!. Meanwhile I had to work that night. My entire day was wasted waiting for my car to be done and they didn’t even touch it the entire day. I got offered a rental car for my next service day. That’s it. More
