Negligent business I have purchased two Santa Fe’s from this dealership. They did not notify me about the engine recall that applies to both vehicles. On Monday, Decembe I have purchased two Santa Fe’s from this dealership. They did not notify me about the engine recall that applies to both vehicles. On Monday, December 9 my engine failed while I was driving down I-40. In addition to the fact that I could have been seriously injured, I missed a critical meeting for my job. Now I have been without a car for 72 hours & Sports Durst is refusing to provide a rental car to me until they get approval from Hyundai headquarters. This has been massively inconvenient & completely turned me off to ever buying from then again or recommending them to anyone else in the future. I was just at Sports Durst 5 months ago having a $1000 part to the turbo replaced & no one mentioned this engine recall. They are negligent & I do not recommend them. More

Best ever experience while purchasing a new car! We walked into the showroom and were asked who was purchasing the vehicle 🚗! Most of the time the salesperson assumed it was my husband and spoke to We walked into the showroom and were asked who was purchasing the vehicle 🚗! Most of the time the salesperson assumed it was my husband and spoke to him directly! Way to go....first find out who is buying and then the salesperson spoke directly to me! Had the best test drives.....and the final decision and bargaining was between myself and the manager. Nice for a woman to be taken seriously when it comes to a car purchase! Thanks to everyone at Sport Durst Hyundai for a fun time test driving and for my Veloster Turbo! More

Mission Accomplished! I explained my financial situation and was still able to buy a car. The salespeople and finance people were very nice - Jerri (and it was his 3rd day) I explained my financial situation and was still able to buy a car. The salespeople and finance people were very nice - Jerri (and it was his 3rd day) Adrian Perry-Ingram, Brian and Tami. While I didn't buy the car from Rodney, he was very helpful! I liked how they explained how credit worked and how the whole financial process worked. I will use that information in the future for large purchases. Everyone was friendly and not overbearing. I had spent two days trying to get a car at CAR MAX and had to provide every piece of personal information that was possible and still didn't have a car at the end of two days. That Saturday I asked my daughter to drive me to Sports Durst and I told her I was buying a car that day, and did! I am thankful for that experience. More

Great sales experience, great product Tami was great to work with. She is a no-pressure sales rep that supported our information gathering phase. In the end, we determined the Hyundai Az Tami was great to work with. She is a no-pressure sales rep that supported our information gathering phase.
