I had fun test driving the 2018 HRV with Obi Nweke and came back the next day for an appointment I had already scheduled with Stuart Lipschitz. Stuart was amazing as was Tamer Mansour. I told them which car I wanted and what my budget was and they worked diligently to get me an awesome deal! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Also, a quick thank you for Mike Martello who got me my 2013 Civic about 4 years ago and the reason why I felt confident to return to Scott Robinson for my next car. More

Outstanding customer service!!!! When you think of going to a dealership, you think im going to get taken advantage of. Or at least that's how I've always viewed it. I have never had When you think of going to a dealership, you think im going to get taken advantage of. Or at least that's how I've always viewed it. I have never had an experience where I left a dealership and thinking to myself, WOW! I'm blown away at the customer service and care that I was given. Knowing that they had my best interest and didn't want to just "sell me a car" makes me reconsider my views on a dealership. My sales rep, Kubilay, took the information I gave him, and met EVERY need that I had. He spent hours making sure that I was comfortable, happy, and positive that I was making the right decision. He didn't try to put me in something I couldn't afford. He brought me everything I described that I needed to meet my highest standards. I definitely gave him the run around but he never stopped pleasing me and doing it with a smile! When I reached finance to sign all the documents, Tamer, continued to express the outstanding customer service that Scott Robinson Honda had to offer. He really made sure that I had everything that would benefit me while keeping me safe and happy with the vehicle at a price I was comfortable with! I truly appreciate the courtesy and genuine respect I received from the staff. I will definitely be stopping in to say hi from time to time! Great job guys!
