They refuse to honor an issue that's been on my kia for years. Their sister company in Cumming was the first to document a problem and promised that "Kia corporate is aware of the issue, just wait for a re years. Well here I am, two years later with a check engine light still on in my new Kia, and no one will make it right. Kia Corporate says I'm out of my warranty even with the proof of these codes being on my car well within my warranty, Lou Sobh of Cummings won't honor what THEY told me and documented, and neither will Lou Sobh of Newnan. I've been an avid Kia owner since 2016, but never again will I buy one due to the lack of care and compassion by Kia and it's dealerships. The part needing to be replaced is only $500 so nothing for Kia and it's affiliated dealerships to replace. They'd rather lose a long time Kia owner than fix something they knew was broken on my vehicle while it was within the warranty. I will make sure I do all I can to make sure no one I know buys a Kia ever again. More

I have a 2016 Kia Sorento that was just gone thru with a fine tooth comb. I feel very strongly that a door seal was change out of my car. My care has always been garage kept. I discovered several weeks ag fine tooth comb. I feel very strongly that a door seal was change out of my car. My care has always been garage kept. I discovered several weeks ago that the door seal was severely worn. That is on the body side of the car. Mind you my wife has driven this car only so the passenger side would not be worn like it is.. they are the only dealer ship it has been to in 80000 miles. More
