We drove from Perry (an hour away) to the dealership, and when we got there, the car was ready - looked brand new - so we tried to take it for a test drive. However, it would not start (dead battery); so To when we got there, the car was ready - looked brand new - so we tried to take it for a test drive. However, it would not start (dead battery); so Tony (service manager?) managed to jump-start it so we could drive the car. When we returned, Tony checked and determined the battery was bad so he installed a new one. Caleb Waters was the salesman and was outstanding - knowledgeable, answered all our questions; then we completed the paperwork. Caleb suggested several service maintenance plans and when we declined, there was no pressure to sign for one. We had not dealt with this dealership in the past, but were very satisfied with the vehicle and the treatment we received. We would highly recommend them. More
