The dealership, not the best location from where I live, but I did like the fact it was a Diamond dealership. There are not many in NJ. The facility was nice. I was disappointed with my experience with Matt. I emailed Matt about a bump that was hit in the sales process, I ask him to call me, Matt never did. when I came to the dealer to finalize the sales process, no feed back, apology or clarification was offered. Just purchased a 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe at another dealer out of state. Only had the vehicle about 3 weeks and was unable to use Genesis Connected Services from the beginning. After calling GCS a coup dealer out of state. Only had the vehicle about 3 weeks and was unable to use Genesis Connected Services from the beginning. After calling GCS a couple of times and trying to troubleshoot, I was told I had to take it in so the modem could be rebooted. I called around to a couple of dealers and couldn’t get an appointment within the week. Decided to show up on Thursday without an appointment. Met Jason in the parking lot and he could not have been nicer. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He gave the service center a call and they were able to take my car. My husband and I waited for the vehicle and we weren’t even there 2 hours! Once again truly appreciate Jason’s help! He made sure I was able to use the app and that the update worked, even offered to help us with any other features we may have questions on. I hope he stays for as long as I’m a Genesis owner because he truly went above & beyond to quickly help us. More
