First time here. This rating is for both Sebastian & Tamar. Both were very helpful explaining what was being done and gave suggested time frames for future work as op This rating is for both Sebastian & Tamar. Both were very helpful explaining what was being done and gave suggested time frames for future work as opposed to trying to cram it all in on one day. They kept informed of the time frame for that day’s service. I was listening to see how other customers were being treated by the entire staff and I felt they were helpful and not trying to push unnecessary work. I hope this experience is consistent as we move forward. More

Service agent was more interested in getting a good rating than giving me good service. Actually charged me for something I did not receive and then try to make it my misunderstanding. The service department has been in a decline with regard to service. Technician appear to be still OK. It took 3 and one half days to discover the cause of check engine light. Ms Mejia apologized for limite to service. Technician appear to be still OK. It took 3 and one half days to discover the cause of check engine light. Ms Mejia apologized for limited communication and said it was a staffing issue. So perhaps not fault and certainly a dealer issue. Overall customer engagement has declined gradually over the last decade. More
