Oregon DMV is not the easiest to work with and was contradictory with their information at times, but Seattle Jeep’s ability to complete the process that they are supposed to complete as a dealership was horrible (to put it nicely). I spent countless hours on the phone with Seattle Jeep and Oregon DMV completing this process because the dealership was incapable of figuring it out on their own. We had to pay for numerous trip permits because the registration was taking so long, several USPS certified mail packages to cover items they couldn’t complete correctly (or would blatantly ignore my directions and send incorrect information that I had to fix later), and late fees because of their inability to finish the process or communicate clearly….and they didn’t reimburse us for anything. They would also tell us on many issues “this is getting done today”, then after a week of me following up several times, they would tell me “we are starting this today”, proving that they are deceitful and dishonest in their communication (I have meticulous records showing all of this if they tried to claim otherwise). A big sticking point was the Oregon Use Tax. While we now understand we were supposed to pay directly to Oregon Department of Revenue, their complete lack of communication on this during the purchase process and the fact they specifically listed the tax on the signed documents as paid and collected lead to us assuming they had paid it and incurring late fees only once we were notified by Oregon DMV. I usually refrain from giving reviews most the time, but if I can save one person from the months long headache, financial impact, and amount of work I had to put into this process I will give all the information I can. More

Let me start by saying that buying a car at Seattle Jeep was an absolute rollercoaster of hilarity and excitement! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I knew I was in for a wild ride. First off, let' was an absolute rollercoaster of hilarity and excitement! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I knew I was in for a wild ride. First off, let's talk about Jared & Talon. They were like a group of overly enthusiastic cheerleaders on caffeine, but in the best way possible. Their energy was infectious, and I couldn't help but get swept up in their enthusiasm. Seriously, if car selling ever becomes an Olympic sport, these guys are taking home the gold! Now, onto the cars themselves. Picture this: a rainbow of vehicles stretched out before me, each one more eye-catching than the last. It was like being a kid in a candy store, except instead of candy, it was horsepower and shiny paint jobs. And let me tell you, the test drives were an absolute blast. I'm pretty sure I left a trail of burnt rubber in my wake! But the real fun began when it was time to negotiate. Jared & Talon whipped out their calculators like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat and proceeded to perform mathematical acrobatics that would make Pythagoras proud. We haggled back and forth like a couple of old pros, each trying to outwit the other without cracking a smile. Spoiler alert: Jared & Talon won, but I walked away feeling like I'd gotten the deal of a lifetime. In the end, I drove off the lot in my dream car, laughing all the way home. Sure, I may have paid a little more than I intended, but the memories alone were worth every penny. So if you're in the market for a car and a good time, look no further than Seattle Jeep. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! More
