The incompetency of this dealership in end of lease management is astonishing. They failed to transfer plates or cancel inactive plates with the DMV which resulted in my license being suspended for fai management is astonishing. They failed to transfer plates or cancel inactive plates with the DMV which resulted in my license being suspended for failure to maintain continuous liability insurance for a vehicle I have not had a lease on in 4 months. They have shown no urgency to fix their error. I will never go back as a customer and would recommend against using Empire Buick. More
