I had a very disappointing experience at Kia of Carson. The salesperson (Anthony Favela) I worked with was unprofessional and difficult to communicate with throughout the process. I felt that my questions weren’t taken seriously, and there was a lack of transparency when it came to pricing and options. Customer service is a huge part of buying a car, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations. I would recommend that the dealership focus more on clear communication, honesty, and respect for customers’ time. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return or recommend this location to others. More
