This is the worst service department I've ever experienced. I have 2023 CLA 250 and 2 tires were installed here about a year ago and it has a very abnormal uneven wear and tells me that it's norma experienced. I have 2023 CLA 250 and 2 tires were installed here about a year ago and it has a very abnormal uneven wear and tells me that it's normal wear and tear when it was clearly installed unproperly. After a conversation with a service advisor, the service manager name "ERIC CID" calls me and said "how can I help you with a normal wear and tear?" He clearly showed no intension to hear or even work with a customer by saying that. They weren't so rude when we purchased this car a couple years ago. A routine oil change with an appointment takes about 3 hours every time I brought my car in (also costs about $300 for an oil change). This service department and the service manager, ERIC CID is a typical example of how ruthless a dealership service department can be after selling a car and service contracts. More
