This dealer should not try to sell cars if they can’t do online financing. The communication with our sales rep was minimal as I had to ask for updates every step of the process. It should not take 5 days t online financing. The communication with our sales rep was minimal as I had to ask for updates every step of the process. It should not take 5 days to finalize a car deal, especially for someone preapproved. None the less, the car is fine, but already needs to be taken in to the shop for maintenance due to some minor features that should/could have been repaired prior to resale. More

The check engine light came on the day after we bought it and the truck died the next day. We had to pay $2,000 to get it running again on a "certified" pre-owned car. We had an agreement on the out the door price given 4 things were done to the vehicle. Once I go to pickup the vehicle only half the agreed to items were done, with the promise of the third item being co things were done to the vehicle. Once I go to pickup the vehicle only half the agreed to items were done, with the promise of the third item being completed in the future. The salesman ghosted me when trying to get status on the third item. I had to raise it to the manager to get some attention. Even after that it wasn’t being worked until an issuing with the financing happened. More
