I bought a 23 canyon denali. No one walked me through the features of the truck and no owners manual was in the truck. Has a problem with the front collision avoidance system. I had to call service to find out what was the hold up. Found out at that time it would be three weeks for the part to come in. They told me they would not provide a loan car or rental. Also did not fill up my tank on the new truck. Said they don’t do that. I bought multiple vehicles from James wood. Tom Clark’s is definitely not James wood. Next time I’ll drive to Decatur to James wood . Truck is great, after the sale is made not so great. More

TJ and the General Manager were very kind and professional, they were more helpful than they actually had to be. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort they took to work with me. Juan was he professional, they were more helpful than they actually had to be. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort they took to work with me.
